🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in HR/People Operations • Startup experience • Navigate tools for internet sourcing and our applicant tracking system • Familiarity with the entire recruiting process • Experience with tools like Rippling and Pulley • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Proactive attitude to tackle any opportunity or challenge • Detail-oriented and analytical nature • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing startup
