Description
• Lead a team to support and manage new market launches and expansion • Develop market launch playbook and execute it consistently • Build tools and processes to improve market launches excellence and efficiency • Travel to local markets to support market launches and in-person training as needed • Lead the operations help desk and serve as a cross-functional liaison. • Select vendors and procure equipment for our local operations.
Requirements
• B.S/M.S in Business, Management, Analytics, or related field • Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability • Excellent organizational and motivational skills • Proven experience developing and driving as best practices • Project management experience • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
