📋 Description

• Design and develop integration architectures for the EHR interconnect service, including APIs, data pipelines, and workflows for order receipt and result delivery. • Work with cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements and create architectural blueprints that align with business objectives. • Implement and support healthcare interoperability standards, with a focus on FHIR for diagnostics-specific use cases. • Ensure proper handling of diagnostics data, such as patient orders and result reporting, for accuracy and reliability. • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, optimizing for performance and error handling. • Ensure solutions comply with data security, privacy, and healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA. • Collaborate with senior architects to enhance integration scalability, reliability, and monitoring in cloud-based environments. • Contribute to architectural documentation, testing strategies, and user guides for internal and external stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in solutions architecture, integration engineering, or software development, preferably in healthcare or SaaS environments. • Experience with API design and integration, with familiarity or exposure to FHIR or other healthcare interoperability standards. • Preference for candidates with healthcare experience, especially in diagnostics or EHR integration; familiarity with FHIR-based order and result workflows is a plus. • Knowledge of EHR platforms; experience with Epic Aura is valuable but not required. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript, and familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP). • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in designing reliable architectures. • Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
