• Support onboarding projects for new clients, with opportunities to take ownership over time • Track platform usage and adoption, identifying trends and insights for the team • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials to support client discussions • Maintain accurate client data and documentation in CRM systems • Coordinate with Product, Support, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth delivery • Monitor account activity and highlight areas for internal review and improvement • Assist with platform demonstrations and training sessions • Support Account Managers in preparing for and, where appropriate, joining client conversations • Help improve internal processes by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions
• Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office • Interest in the insurance market, ideally within specialty or wholesale environments • Strong organization skills and attention to detail • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal • A proactive approach with the confidence to take initiative • Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast paced environment • Interest in technology and digital transformation
