📋 Description
• Act as the PO in a banking squad, focused on digital products. • Ensure backlog management, and the writing of user stories, epics, and features. • Align with PMs, POs, and stakeholders on product strategy. • Own the product strategy, driving vision, roadmap, releases, and lifecycle. • Inspire and engage the team around a clear purpose, fostering innovation and alignment. • Work with agile methodologies, including writing user stories, backlog refinement, and facilitating ceremonies. • Support the development team by clarifying goals and ensuring value-driven deliveries. • Operate with versatility, as the project involves multiple BUs and business areas.
🎯 Requirements
• Solid experience as a Product Owner. • Knowledge of digital insurance products. • Ability to analyze functional and non-functional requirements. • Experience defining MVPs, prototyping, conducting market research, and validating hypotheses. • Skill in analyzing user behavior and turning insights into product improvements. • Experience leading multiple teams to aligned deliveries.
