Description

• Develop a deep understanding of our core products to effectively contribute to their growth and evolution. • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Community Management teams to ship features, run experiments, and continuously improve the user experience. • Translate business requirements into actionable user stories by working with stakeholders and the Engineering team. • Collect, organize, and analyze data to inform product decisions and measure the success of features and experiments. • Facilitate sprint rituals to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with team goals. • Contribute to various ad hoc projects and take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the ongoing needs of the company.

Requirements

• One to two years of work experience in product management or software development • University degree in STEM or equivalent business experience • Highly developed analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of applying them independently • Familiarity with data analysis using tools such as Google Analytics or Google Sheet • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and conciseness • Ability to work effectively across teams and drive results collaboratively • Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Curiosity, open-mindedness, and a consistently positive attitude • Experience working with startups • Experience with agile methodologies and sprint planning • Experience with desktop and mobile applications • Experience with a/b testing and experimentation • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
