📋 Description
• Participate in the entire process of creating products and features, collaborating with developers, product analysts, clients, and stakeholders. • Create navigation flows and information architecture focused on usability and strategic alignment. • Develop prototypes and final products for Web and Mobile, with structured handoffs and adherence to the Design System, contributing to its maintenance and evolution. • Analyze usage data and user feedback, conducting tests and interviews to validate hypotheses and propose continuous improvements. • Suggest innovations based on design best practices and opportunities offered by new technologies.
🎯 Requirements
• Available to work 40 hours per week; • Previous experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or in related roles; • Practical experience using a Design System in day-to-day work; • Experience with design, prototyping and handoff tools such as Figma; • Have a personal portfolio; • Strong drive to make things happen!
