As Partnership Account Manager, you will lead strategy and execution of commercial partnerships across multiple markets and be on the frontlines, tasked with driving our sales growth and building a multi-channel sales strategy. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a global soul with a passion for understanding different cultures and building bridges to connect talent to opportunity, as well as guiding companies in becoming more global. You love operating in unchartered territory and build conviction to make quick decisions with enough resources. You have an entrepreneurial gut and a go-getter mindset. Being a natural and charismatic sales person is a must. You can easily understand and empathize with our users across markets to design solutions for them
• 2+ years in a partnership or business development role in a tech startup • Fluency in English (Native or perfect written and verbal) • Selling an HR solution is a plus • Methodical in organizing tasks with prospecting new partners and keeping high engagement of existing partners • Experience across multiple geographies is a plus
