📋 Description
• Analyze data and trends to identify revenue cycle bottlenecks • Summarize information and prepare presentation materials • Conduct thorough analysis of revenue cycle processes • Collaborate with key stakeholders on strategies to enhance performance • Provide recommendations and monitor resolutions to optimize processes • Develop and maintain Revenue Cycle Performance metrics and dashboards
🎯 Requirements
• High proficiency in Excel • Experience working with RCM data elements • Understanding of RCM functions and/or workflows • Experience working with Denials Data • Familiarity with CARC/RARC category assignments • Familiarity with data visualization/reporting tools such as Tableau, PowerBI • Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, or other data warehousing tools • Strong communication skills • Ability to synthesize data and escalate trends • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities • EPIC experience (preferred)
