Description

• Develop and optimize back-end components using Python with a focus on Django • Manage and optimize PostgreSQL database within the Django framework • Integrate front-end components developed using React into the application architecture • Manage authentication processes and security protocols using Auth0 • Oversee integration of front-end and back-end components • Collaborate with SDETs to ensure comprehensive testing and debug complex issues • Prepare clear technical documentation to support ongoing development • Implement software enhancements and propose innovative solutions • Write clean, reusable, and efficient code that meets industry standards • Coach and mentor junior developers

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Backend Development, with strong proficiency in Python • 5+ years of experience managing PostgreSQL databases within the Django framework • 5+ years of experience integrating with front-end frameworks, particularly React • Knowledge and experience with authentication protocols, including OKTA CIC/Auth0 • Solid understanding of server-side templating languages • Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and RESTful API design • Solid understanding of Python’s threading limitations and experience with multi-process architecture • High School Diploma/GED Equivalent • Ability to use standard office equipment
