• Visual Lease is looking for a Product Designer II.• The ideal candidate will thrive in a work environment that requires strong independent problem-solving skills, self-direction, and innovative thinking coupled with an affinity for team collaboration and open communication.• This individual is both highly analytical as well as highly creative, and consistently demonstrates superb design, research, writing and presentation skills.• This individual should foster collaboration both inside and outside of the team, evangelize and promote UX across the organization, and can juggle several high-level projects while delivering A-level work on all of them.• This individual is confidently able to justify design decisions based on a thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies and user research.• Translate concepts into user flows, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.• Facilitate the VL product vision by researching, conceiving, prototyping and user-testing experiences for all VL applications.• Design and deliver user journeys, and designs optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.• Understand design problems and devise elegant solutions.• Make design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.• Deeply understands qualitative, and quantitative reasonings and can apply them appropriately to help make decisions.• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.• Helps in prioritizing design work and calls out opportunities as they arise.• Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas.
