• Develop and implement comprehensive business plans tailored to the market, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth, market share, and customer acquisition • Manage relationships with e-commerce platforms, ensuring optimal placement, visibility, and performance of our products • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences, leveraging insights to inform product development, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, operations, and product development to align business objectives and drive execution of strategic initiatives • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate regular reports to evaluate business performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed • Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and market dynamics impacting e-commerce operations, proactively adjusting strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities • Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to foster a high-performance culture and achieve business objectives • Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax requirements, and e-commerce policies governing operations in the United States and Canada, liaising with legal and regulatory teams as necessary • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness, build relationships, and explore new business opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce or a related field • Proven track record of success in e-commerce or retail management, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role • Understanding of the North American market, consumer behavior, and e-commerce trends would be a plus • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans to achieve ambitious goals • Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving business growth and maximizing profitability • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
