• Manage day-to-day operations of our Shopify store, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. • Monitor and analyze store performance, including sales, traffic, and customer feedback. • Implement strategies to improve site performance and customer experience. • Coordinate with various departments (e.g., marketing, logistics) to ensure seamless operations. • Develop, write, and edit high-quality content for product descriptions, blog posts, and marketing materials. • Create and manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery of content. • Understand and apply UI/UX principles to enhance the user experience on our online store. • Perform basic layout design tasks and work closely with the design team to ensure a consistent and visually appealing site design.

Requirements

• Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with a focus on the Singapore market. • Strong background in content writing and editing for e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify. • 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design principles and basic layout design. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator). • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
