Description
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives by partnering with operational leaders across the organization (e.g., product management, engineering, sales and marketing) • Partner with senior leaders across the organization to drive company wide alignments • Conduct market scans to identify and categorize companies within the market ecosystem, and proactively pursuing potential partnerships or M&A opportunities • Design and implement key processes that enable product launches • Establish high quality processes and infrastructure for cross functional stakeholders to share issues with the consumer product team • Codify documentation of internal best practices, tooling, and process improvements • Commit to inspiring a representative, equitable, and respectful workplace • Communicate effectively and empathetically in speech and writing with diverse, globally distributed customers, colleagues, and open-source community members
Requirements
• Worked in business or strategy consulting with structured deliverables and stakeholder engagement across various geographic locations • Experienced with hands-on data analytics / data science tasks • Understanding of data analytics / data science markets, demand and capacity • Experienced with leading strategic research and analysis, including data gathering from various sources, financial analysis, market analysis, recommendation development, etc.
