• 3+ years podcast production experience • 5+ years experience in working in news • A strong interest in our key areas of coverage: tech, politics, business, and culture • Skilled at editing audio in ProTools • Experience partnering with show hosts • Excellent scriptwriting skills, including a keen sense of pacing and flow, and the ability to reflect host tone and sensibility in placeholder copy • Calm, reliable and responsive under pressure; can pivot proactively as news
