• We're looking for a Sales Development Representative with a proactive, go-getter mentality and a hunter instinct. As an SDR at Voyc, you will play a pivotal role in driving our ambitious growth targets by identifying and qualifying potential leads within the financial services sector. • Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will collaborate closely with the marketing and SDR colleagues as well as the Account Executives to build and execute targeted outreach campaigns and support the overall sales strategy. This position offers an excellent pathway for career advancement, with the opportunity to progress into an Account Executive role.


• Previous experience in a Sales Development Representative role, or in telemarketing, sales, retail sales, recruitment (agency side), or real estate, with a proven track record of delivering results and exceeding targets. • Experience in B2B sales or the financial services sector is highly desirable. • Familiarity with the UK or US market is a plus. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with prospects and build rapport. • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving objectives.
