Description

• Responsible for the delivery of world-class customer email campaigns/builds, scope, planning, execution, and reporting • Spearheading and collaborating directly with cross-functional teams • Developing and managing multichannel communication programs • Building and evaluating email workflows • Formulating campaign briefs based on customer triggers, interests, and behavioral patterns • Producing reports and KPIs for CRM strategies • Planning data selection and segmentation • Improving ROI and customer lifetime value • Driving customer insights through the business • Responsible for all technical aspects of the CRM and email system • Contribute to systems and processes documentation • Communicating system changes and providing training

Requirements

• HubSpot Email Marketing Certified • Certifications in Digital Email Marketing, Multi-channel, and Analytical environments are highly desired • Understanding of interrelationships between specific system roles in CRM systems and tools • Mandatory understanding of data selection experience • Experience in database mining, list segmentation, and contact targeting • Proficiency in email service providers and HTML creation • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work both in a team environment and individually • Proven experience with coordination of multiple tasks simultaneously • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate data • Experience in database management • Experience in gathering data requirements from users • Ability to work additional hours beyond regular schedule • Ability to meet deadlines
