Description

• Design and review insurance distribution structures. • Negotiate contracts with insurance distributors and BPOs. • Lead contract reviews and negotiations for UK opportunities. • Define and implement legal processes and best practices. • Contribute to team activities regarding Pan-European legal topics.

Requirements

• UK legal qualification (permission to practise as a solicitor in the UK is a plus). • Strong knowledge in UK insurance law and contracts drafting. • Minimum 5 years experience required (in-house or law firm). • Ability to work in an international environment. • Strong communication skills and sense of diplomacy. • Fluency in English essential (French or other languages is a plus). • Team player with strong inter-personal skills.
