• General administrative support for the Asset Resolution department • Attend departmental meetings, take meeting minutes and distribute the minutes to all members of the department • Process and track law firm invoices • Prepare, organize and file documents as needed • Provide assistance to the REO function • Coordinate travel arrangements for department staff • Other projects and duties as assigned


• 100% fluency in English, with exceptional English verbal and written communication skills • Work experience as an Administrator, Assistant or similar role • Experience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint required; Teams experience preferred • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Proactive approach and strong work ethic • Ability to learn quickly and prioritize workload independently • Excellent attention to detail
