• About World Business Lenders (www.wbl.com) • World Business Lenders (WBL) provides general purpose short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to a broad customer base comprised of small and medium sized businesses throughout the United States that lack access to traditional funding. • Generally, working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, although hours worked may be greater based upon operational requirements. • The job requires excellent oral and written command of the English language. • Resumes must be submitted in English. • Our rapid growth has created an excellent career opportunity in our Administration department. • In a fast paced, high expectation, results oriented environment, the Legal Expense Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, tracking and maintaining current legal expenses, and developing and administering policies and procedures to ensure prospective legal expenses are incurred judiciously and only in accordance with established policy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (four year college or technical school) in Finance, Accounting or a related field, and/or a Paralegal certificate. • 3-5 years experience in the lending/mortgage industry preferred. • 100% fluency in English, with exceptional English verbal and written communication skills • Experience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams is required. • Excellent attention to detail. • Strong quantitative and analytical skills. • Ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • You must have your own laptop or desktop to use (the company does not supply equipment).
