Description

• Manage the delegation of tasks to team members and freelance talent. • Provide continuous feedback and clear direction. • Offer technical guidance and direction for web development projects. • Oversee phase transitions and ensure technical requirements are documented. • Utilize technical expertise to manage and develop projects effectively. • Serve as the primary point of contact for web-related inquiries. • Collaborate with Project Managers to review and delegate tasks. • Implement testing and quality assurance processes for all projects. • Identify strategies to improve processes within the web department.
