📋 Description

• Manage and maintain the WordPress website (pages, blog posts, layouts, updates) • Create and update service pages, landing pages, and website content • Ensure the website is functioning properly across devices (desktop/mobile responsiveness) • Monitor and fix issues such as broken links, formatting errors, and performance issues • Perform on-page SEO optimization (titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, etc.) • Conduct keyword research and optimization using Search Atlas • Track keyword performance and SEO improvements • Identify SEO opportunities and implement improvements proactively • Build and manage funnels, forms, and automations in Go High Level • Ensure proper lead flow from the website into the CRM • Monitor systems to ensure everything is connected and functioning correctly • Track and report on SEO performance and website updates • Identify issues and continuously improve website performance and conversions • Proactively suggest and implement improvements across systems

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with WordPress website management • Proven experience with on-page SEO optimization • Hands-on experience with Search Atlas • Experience with Go High Level (funnels, forms, automations) • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong problem-solving mindset (able to figure things out and execute) • High attention to detail and organization • Good written English communication skills • Availability to work on a fixed EST schedule • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Search Console • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS • Experience with conversion optimization (landing pages) • Background in home services or real estate is a plus
