📋 Description

• Manage and mentor a strong team of UI engineers, ensuring the delivery of robust, elegant, and reusable front-end solutions built using React.js and TypeScript. • Partner closely with product managers and UX designers to create seamless, high-quality user workflows supporting real-time data analysis and secure system interactions. • Oversee architectural decisions, optimize UI performance, and enable a cohesive design system that supports a rapidly evolving cybersecurity platform. • Combine technical depth with people leadership, providing a balance of hands-on coding, strategic decision-making, and product execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of front-end engineering experience with strong React.js and TypeScript skills. • 2+ years leading or managing front-end or UI teams. • Solid understanding of modern UI architecture, design patterns, and component-driven development. • Experience with state management tools like Redux, Recoil, or similar. • Knowledge of testing tools such as Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library. • Strong ability to build and optimize data-heavy dashboards or enterprise UIs. • Experience with performance tuning and accessibility standards. • Bonus for experience in cybersecurity, SIEM systems, data visualization, or micro-frontends. • Good communication, leadership abilities, and problem-solving skills. • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, product-focused engineering environment.
