📋 Description
• Review and assess investment-related materials, including financial models, market analyses, and deal documentation • Contribute to the creation and refinement of high-quality financial and investment content • Apply private equity frameworks to evaluate business opportunities and investment scenarios • Provide structured feedback to improve analytical accuracy and clarity • Support tasks related to due diligence, deal sourcing insights, and investment summaries
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in private equity, preferably at a top-tier firm • Strong experience in at least one of the following areas: • - Financial modeling • - Market sizing / Total Addressable Market (TAM) analysis • - Investment memos and analytical summaries • - CIM creation and due diligence • - NDA/legal document review • - Deal sourcing and pipeline development • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong written communication and attention to detail
