πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Wellness Equity Alliance (WEA) is a novel national public health organization comprised of a multidisciplinary team of population and public health experts. β€’ We work nearly exclusively with underrepresented communities, fundamentally addressing health-care disparities and the social determinants of health (SDoH). β€’ The fractional COO is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the operational performance and efficiency of WEA's corporate structure. β€’ This role encompasses the responsibilities requiring exceptional leadership skills, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of healthcare operations. β€’ Provide strategic direction and leadership to regional teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. β€’ Responsible for ensuring WEA clinical operations are being stood up, operating and demobilized in an optimal and efficient manner. β€’ Provide administrative oversight of all operational budgets working closely with the controller. β€’ Represent WEA to external stakeholders regarding operations.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. β€’ Demonstrated experience in operations management, project management, and healthcare leadership, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. β€’ Strong understanding of healthcare operations, regulatory requirements, and quality improvement processes. β€’ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. β€’ Proficiency in data analysis, financial reporting, and project management tools and methodologies. β€’ Commitment to the provision of quality healthcare services and the ability to work with diverse populations. β€’ Flexible, adaptive, and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. β€’ Commitment to mentoring and coaching staff to build internal leadership and promote professional growth. β€’ Positive attitude, integrity, and a desire to drive positive change and innovation.
