• Own, develop, and scale the end-to-end strategy for high-budget Google Ads campaigns (mid–7 figures annually) across Demand Gen, GDA, YouTube, Search, PMax and UAC, delivering sustainable DTC acquisition at scale. • Lead large-scale budget planning and forecasting, owning CAC, LTV/CAC, CVR, ROI and revenue KPIs, ensuring efficient delivery while continually identifying new growth opportunities. • Build and manage optimisation roadmaps and quarterly OKRs, driving timely execution while continuously initiating and validating new tests, innovation initiatives and hypotheses to unlock incremental growth. • Oversee the full creative performance pipeline — design and run testing frameworks, drive iteration cycles, and scale creative winners. Partner closely with the Creative team on direction, prioritisation and performance-psychology insights; provide clear, actionable recommendations grounded in data. • Own funnel performance for all Google Ads campaigns, partnering with UX/Funnel teams to develop, iterate and optimise funnels that maximise CVR and improve overall acquisition efficiency. • Monitor and analyse all performance metrics using Google Ads and internal BI tools; translate insights into clear next steps. Partner with Analytics to ensure accurate tracking, reporting and measurement for optimal optimisation. • Stay ahead of industry and competitive trends, analysing new creative formats, funnels, messaging angles and monetisation strategies; turn insights into actionable tests and scaling opportunities. Maintain active communication with Google representatives for guidance and early insights. • Partner with Tech Lead and Martech teams to identify and develop automation solutions (autorules, scripts, no-code AI tools) that reduce manual workload, increase efficiency and accelerate iteration. • Collaborate closely with UA teams across other products and channels (Paid Social, SEO, CRM), driving cross-channel knowledge sharing, best-practice exchange and unified growth strategies. • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders — including the Head of Growth, Creative, Funnels, Product, Analytics, and Monetisation, ensuring aligned strategic direction across all growth areas and channels for maximum impact on ROI. • Lead, mentor and develop a small UA team (2–4 people) — setting goals, conducting performance reviews, providing coaching on planning, execution, optimisation and troubleshooting, while remaining capable of hands-on execution when needed.
• Advanced hands-on knowledge of all Google Ads campaign types, with expertise in Demand Gen, GDA, Video, Search and PMax; experience with other media buying platforms is a strong plus. • Proven experience running structured, high-volume creative testing with a deep understanding of creative pipelines — testing, iteration, CPM/CTR analysis and scaling frameworks — with strong insight into what makes high-performing creatives at scale (hooks, structure, messaging, CTAs, offer framing, thumb-stopping visuals). • Expert command of automation for campaign testing, bidding and management (scripts, autorules, automated workflows). • Experience building robust strategic test-and-learn roadmaps, prioritising hypotheses by impact and developing scalable UA testing systems. • Solid understanding of UX fundamentals, with the ability to proactively recommend practical funnel and landing-page improvements to increase conversion rates. • Highly analytical, structured mindset, strong attention to detail, and confidence working with large datasets and tools such as Excel, BI platforms (Tableau), GA4 and data-visualisation tools. • Experience with additional media-buying platforms, including DSPs, Paid Social, Native Ads or Apple Search Ads, is highly beneficial. • Takes full ownership and accountability for outcomes, driving initiatives from idea to execution. • Drives impact with a high-autonomy, proactive approach — spotting opportunities early, removing blockers and taking action quickly. Actively tests, learns and iterates to uncover new scalable opportunities and push performance forward.
