• Reviewing and evaluating AI-generated responses • Rewriting or refining responses when needed • Creating natural prompts and dialogues • Helping improve the quality of an AI model

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Customer Service experience • Excellent written communication and strong grammatical accuracy • Comfortable with structured tasks such as: preference ranking (factuality & locality), prompt-response writing, grammaticality checks, provision & improvement of text.
