• The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting/exceeding Sales quota/targets across the territory. • Primary responsibility is account management to maximize opportunities. • Act as a mini general manager for a defined area taking an end to end view. • Manage a portfolio of locations, track performance, suggest and implement initiatives. • Identify and resolve issues, replace existing locations and expand existing relationships.
• Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably from the Money Transfer industry. • Documented track record of meeting/exceeding sales quota. • Degree preferred but not essential • Hunter mindset with strong negotiation skills and ability to qualify leads based on revenue potential. • Ability to project manage prospective agents through the agent onboarding process. • Good communication and relationship building skills coupled with commercial acumen • Fluency in English and Dutch • Willing to travel around 70% of the time based on business requirement • Valid driving license - company car is provided.
