📋 Description

• The Vice President - Project Management Office (VP - PMO) will lead the Project Management Office within our organization, overseeing the development and construction of nuclear power plants. • This role is responsible for providing strategic direction and governance for all project management activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry regulations. • The VP - PMO will integrate project controls, contracting, claims mitigation, and project governance to drive successful project outcomes and align with organizational goals. • This role reports into the Chief Nuclear Officer.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in the nuclear or energy sector. • Proven track record in leading project management teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget. • Strong knowledge of project controls, contracting practices, and claims management in a highly regulated environment. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders. • Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are highly desirable. • The VP - PMO will work in a construction and office environment with visits to project sites. This role may require travel for stakeholder meetings and project oversight.
