Description

• We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making and provide valuable insights into our Web3 Gaming initiatives. • As the first dedicated Data Analyst to join our organization, you will play a crucial role in setting up analytics tooling for our marketing, product, and business development teams and then analyzing large datasets to provide key insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in field related to data science, marketing or analytics preferred; Master's degree in Data Science or Data Analytics a bonus. • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with specific exposure to rapidly growing gaming or B2C companies; Experience with blockchain, cryptocurrencies, or decentralized technologies preferred. • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to manipulate and analyze complex datasets. • Familiarity with blockchain protocols (Ethereum) and understanding of smart contracts is highly advantageous. • Past experience setting up analytics tools like Google Analytics, HootSuite, SproutSocial, and/or other marketing analytics tooling. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. • AdOps experience with an understanding of concepts around attribution, fraud analysis, and user retention. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
