Product Designer

• Own and drive focused aspects of the game’s world/missions from concept all the way to ship.
• Help craft and develop game systems used for the open-world, missions and activities that players can interact with.
• Collaborate with other departments, ensuring relevant teams are involved and informed throughout development.
• Act as strong quality advocate for team, developing content that is game-of-the-year caliber and helping others on the team achieve the same high quality.
• Lead a small team of mission/world designers, empowering and encouraging them to do great work.

• Collaborate with team members from all subject areas to drive implementation of core game mechanics and project design infrastructure.
• Own and prototype key features of the game.
• Help establish the technical design team through mentorship, knowledge-sharing, and documentation.
• Work with leadership team and production to set priorities and goals for your work.
• Architect and build design systems, features, tools, workflows, and framework for efficient content implementation (gameplay systems and tools).
• Help develop standards for design content creation and advocate standard processes to the team.
• Proactively seek out and resolve bottlenecks to improve efficiency and empower the design team to build outstanding high-quality and bug-free content.
• Act as a strong quality advocate for team, crafting content that is AAA quality and helping others on the team achieve the same high quality.

• Remain up to date on industry trends and competitor games.

Senior Technical Designer (Skeleton Key)

• Own the implementation and design of gameplay features from start to finish in the Unreal Engine. Such as, combat abilities, weapons, traversal mechanics, etc.
• Work closely with lead gameplay designers and other teams to brainstorm and help craft the vision for the game.
• Be the go-to person for the implementation of sophisticated content that require heavy artist/designer/engineer interaction
• Be an advocate for player experience and build compelling user stories

Senior Game Designer

Project & Program Management

• Connect and manage profitable long-term partnerships with licensors and collaborators to deliver an outstanding portfolio of products and business goals
• Lead licensing programs across the portfolio of titles to bring the best entertainment-licensed consumer products and experiences to fans
• Manage day-to-day relationships with licensees including onboarding, seeing opportunities, problem-solving, marketing, and all business reviews
• Work collaboratively to support and lead throughout the pipeline of partnership product development, owning the flow of licensing, the release schedule, and marketing information to all internal teams
• Be a liaison between Japan and the U.S. providing insights on the Japanese marketplace and community actively studying the Japanese TCG market to discover opportunities with new and existing partners

Program Manager, Partner Brands (Japanese Bilingual Required) (Studio X)

Software Engineer

• Lead Audio Programmer role for Skeleton Key, a new game development studio and division of Wizards of the Coast.
• Based in Austin, TX and open to on-site, hybrid, and full-time remote working options.
• Reporting to the Technical Director and working with a world-class Sound Team to build the framework for a new IP.
• Design and craft systems that make the sound department's work exceptional, resulting in a world-class audio experience for games.
• Proven experience in leading Audio Engineers, collaborating with various Sound Designers, Technical Sound Designers, Voice and Music Designers, and other teams.
• Work with Audio team to bring features to life via systems, tools, and workflows, contribute to cross-team audio tools/features and runtime development to help push the limits of what's possible in-game audio.
• Author documentation and establish audio engineering processes, policies, and standards.
• Foster a team culture that prides itself on excellence, innovation, trust, and respect.
• Provide constructive feedback and mentor Audio Engineering team.
