β€’ Analyze recruitment data from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and insights β€’ Provide input into the development and maintenance of comprehensive recruitment dashboards and reports β€’ Present insights on emerging recruitment trends and best practices and actionable recommendations β€’ Conduct market and competitive analysis to benchmark the organization's talent acquisition efforts against industry standards β€’ Collaborate with HR business partners, recruitment teams, and hiring managers to understand their needs and challenges β€’ Serve as a subject matter expert on recruitment analytics and provide training and support as needed β€’ Lead or participate in special projects related to talent acquisition, such as employer branding efforts and workforce planning.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree Required β€’ High School or GED (accredited), and 4 years of relevant work experience Required β€’ 3 years In talent acquisition, including 7+ years in a data/insights role (in addition to education requirement) Required β€’ Analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret large sets of data from multiple sources β€’ Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes β€’ Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms such as SQL, Excel, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or similar. β€’ Strong problem-solving abilities to identify challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
