📋 Description

• Analyze recruitment data from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and insights • Provide input into the development and maintenance of comprehensive recruitment dashboards and reports • Present insights on emerging recruitment trends and best practices and actionable recommendations • Conduct market and competitive analysis to benchmark the organization's talent acquisition efforts against industry standards • Collaborate with HR business partners, recruitment teams, and hiring managers to understand their needs and challenges • Serve as a subject matter expert on recruitment analytics and provide training and support as needed • Lead or participate in special projects related to talent acquisition, such as employer branding efforts and workforce planning.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree Required • High School or GED (accredited), and 4 years of relevant work experience Required • 3 years In talent acquisition, including 7+ years in a data/insights role (in addition to education requirement) Required • Analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret large sets of data from multiple sources • Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes • Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms such as SQL, Excel, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or similar. • Strong problem-solving abilities to identify challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
