Description

• Drafting, preparing and reviewing various contracts in Chinese and English • Managing, liaising and leading outside counsels • Reviewing and negotiating expenses as necessary • Implementing legal policies to minimize and manage legal risk • Conducting legal research and consulting services • Providing professional legal support for business decisions • Providing legal advice for various departments and projects • Promoting each department's ability to conduct preliminary judgments and processing to reduce operational risk • Working with partners in China, Korea, Japan and the United States • Maintaining close collaboration with People, Marketing, Design, Operations, Product & BI Teams • Working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrating learning ability and communication skills • Self-management ability and working with people from different countries

Requirements

• Experience in developing trading systems or financial-related products is a plus • Ability to share experience and ideas in online video interviews with management and potential new colleagues • Strategies and opinions on topics such as Web3, cryptocurrency trading platforms and vision of how to succeed
