• About WorkOS 🚀 • WorkOS builds tools and services for developers to help them implement authentication, identity, authorization, and overall enterprise readiness. • We’re a fully distributed team with employees across North American time zones. • We’re well-funded, having raised an $80M Series B. • Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of rapidly growing SaaS companies like Webflow, Vercel, Plaid, Loom, and Drata. • About the role 💭 • As WorkOS is a technical product made by developers, for developers, the Developer Success team is critical to every step of the customer experience — from demoing to integration to ongoing support. • The team is talking with developers, building developer relationships, and making the developer experience the best it can be! • As a dedicated Solutions Engineer, you will work with teams at a range of high-growth companies. • This role is best suited for someone who is an experienced engineer, empathetic, a strong communicator with technical concepts, loves solving problems, and is excited to help build out the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience working in a similar customer-facing solutions engineering role (solutions architect, or sales engineer) • Experience working in the sales lifecycle and driving outcomes for customers • Great communication skills, comfortable explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences • Interest in solving open ended business problems with a combination of technology and creative thinking • Experience in development and software architecture patterns, able to understand how a wide variety of technologies and systems interact with each other • Quick learner and relentlessly inquisitive
