📋 Description

• Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies • Manage and optimize key marketing channels including paid search • Leverage data to measure marketing performance • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams • Identify new channels for customer acquisition • Manage agency and vendor relationships • Hire and develop marketing talent

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Growth roles focused on direct-to-consumer businesses • 4+ years of experience managing direct response channels with a budget of >$20M • 4+ years of hiring, managing, and developing a team of direct reports • Proven experience translating data into actionable channel growth strategies • Ability to create compelling business cases for hypothesis-driven testing • Successful track record of working cross-functionally with stakeholders • Proven executive-level communications skills
