📋 Description

• Perform tax calculations to prepare the relevant reports, and carry out all other controls and processes for the area accurately and within the deadlines and other requirements established by the current tax legislation. • Calculate indirect taxes (PIS, Cofins, ISS for services received/provided, and withholding taxes). • Submit tax filings and reports, such as REINF, DCTFWeb, SPED Fiscal, and EFD-Contribuições. • Issue invoices for services and goods. • Generate reports of calculated taxes (accessory obligations) in electronic files for registration and reporting to the competent tax authorities, and manage deadlines for mandatory filings. • Operate the tax system, entering data related to the nature of transactions, tax parameters, rates, legislative changes and other information to keep it up to date. • Provide technical support to other company departments on tax-related matters. • Stay up to date with current tax legislation and extract/update information from the Federal Revenue Service website. • Support external tax consultants (contracted), providing information about departmental procedures, calculation workpapers and other requested data. • Perform other related duties as required by the department, such as KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Law or related fields. • Experience with tax-area obligations (invoices, tax payment slips and payments of taxes and contributions, issuance of fiscal ledgers and forms). • Proficiency with computer tools and ERP/management software (Microsoft Office, etc.). • Experience in discrepancy/inconsistency analysis. • Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
