📋 Description
• Leading development activities within a large-scale insurance project using Guidewire • Driving configuration, development, and integration tasks across multiple Guidewire modules • Overseeing end-to-end delivery quality: assigning work, performing code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards
🎯 Requirements
• Guidewire ACE certifications • At least 5 years in Guidewire Expertise • Deep hands-on experience in Guidewire Configuration across at least one major module: PolicyCenter or BillingCenter or ClaimCenter • Experience in Guidewire Rating • Proven capability leading development teams • Hands-on experience in Upgrades (PC/CC/BC) • Extensive expertise across the full SDLC • Strong Gosu programming skills • Strong SQL knowledge (Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL) • Experience working with SOAP/REST web services • Expertise in Agile delivery • Domain knowledge of P&C Insurance workflows • Proven experience in mentoring developers • Proficiency with DevOps tools and Git
