Description

• Develop and nurture relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and goals. Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring prompt and effective communication. • Develop and implement plans to achieve revenue and growth targets. • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities. • Drive revenue growth by upselling additional products or services to existing clients. • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and expand the client base. • Work closely with product development, operations, and customer support teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. • Monitor and measure client satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly and proactively. Gather feedback from clients to enhance products and services. • Provide regular reports on key account metrics, performance, and growth opportunities. • Utilize data analytics to identify patterns and trends that can inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. • Fluent English and Spanish is a must (some interviews are conducted in English and others in Spanish) • 3+ years as of proven experience as a Key Account Manager in the payments industry. • Strong understanding of payment technologies, financial services, and industry regulations. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic startup environment. • Results-driven and goal-oriented.
