Description
• Underwriting a profitable book of management and/or professional liability insurance • Handling submissions in a timely and efficient manner that are in-line with industry leading response times • Providing input on policy forms and applications • Building meaningful relationships with brokers • Executing go-to-market strategy • Documenting interactions with brokers • Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions • Sharing insights with the engineering and data teams on opportunities to expand automation capabilities • Representing Counterpart at broker meetings and various industry events • Achieving and exceeding performance and revenue goals
Requirements
• Expertise in various aspects of financial lines products • Ability to successfully engage with brokers • Confidence presenting to key internal and external stakeholders • Demonstrated success with high performing sales and account management practices • A proven track record of success, achieving and exceeding targets • Enthusiasm for continuous challenges in a high velocity environment • Flexibility to travel • College Degree with relevant work experience of 4+ years
