• Implement and maintain IT systems. • Workforce Identity administration and design. • Escalation point for IT Support and Services team. • Create and maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures. • Identify potential changes and system improvements. • Enforce IT and security policies to meet compliance. • Some travel to global offices.
• 5 + years of relevant experience as system/IT administrator, managing enterprise systems. • 4 + years of Identity Access Management (IAM) experience. • 3+ of experience with Okta is required, specifically with user management, workflows, SSO Integrations and SCIM. • Scripting language knowledge. • Knowledge working with different APIs. • Integrity and security-minded. • Organized in nature, with great documentation and communication skills. • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
