Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, marketing, and customer success • Conduct comprehensive analysis of product-related data to derive actionable insights • Create compelling visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights and trends • Provide data-driven insights to support product roadmap development • Evaluate the performance of existing product features through data analysis • Segment users based on criteria to personalize product experiences • Partner with product teams to design A/B tests and analyze results • Monitor key product metrics to detect anomalies and trends • Stay updated on industry trends and seek opportunities for skill development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; holding a Master’s degree is a bonus • 10+ years in data analysis, including substantial experience in sales analysis • Knowledge of product operations, usage analysis, sentiment analysis, and sales effectiveness • Experience working with SQL preferably with Snowflake; nice to have experience using dbt • Expertise in designing and building Tableau & Mixpanel dashboards or similar experience with other BI tools • Experience in Data Observability and anomaly detection with tools like Monte Carlo and Metaplane • A nurturing disposition with a history of encouraging team growth and development
