• Lead a team of cross-functional frontend and backend engineers focused on building a performant, intuitive, and secure infrastructure for Zero • Successfully deliver product features and technical infrastructure • Mentor and contribute to the personal development of the team • Seek to improve standard practices and cultivate a culture of excellence • Collaborate with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with business requirements • Effectively convey information to upper management, peers, and team members • Must haves: located and authorized to work in the US or Canada, 5+ years experience managing engineering teams, experience with cloud computing systems, data storage solutions, and continuous integration systems

Requirements

• Located and authorized to work in the United States or Canada • 5+ years experience managing Engineering teams • Proven ability to foster career growth and build strong team culture • Effective communication, planning, and problem-solving skills • Familiar with cloud computing systems, data storage solutions, and continuous integration systems • Experience building modern, resilient, and operationally sane systems • Strong communication and code reviewing skills • Nice to have: experience in health, fitness, and wellness, contributions to open source communities and projects, experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CircleCI, Git, Golang, GraphQL, GraphQL Federation, REST APIs and supporting network protocols, distributed SQL platforms, and big data systems • Salary range: $180,000 - $197,000 a year
