Description

• Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points. • Develop user personas and user journeys to inform design decisions. • Create user flows and low fidelity wireframes. • Create high-fidelity designs and prototypes using Figma. • Create user interfaces that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and consistent with our brand guidelines. • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and meet business objectives. • Participate in user testing and iterate on designs based on feedback

Requirements

• Good spoken and written English language. • 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or a related field. • Strong understanding of UX design principles • Strong understanding of UI design principles and methodologies. • Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable insights. • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail. • Proficiency in Figma • Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
