📋 Description

• Lead the creative development and production of video content across formats, including long-form, short-form, webinars, livestreams, testimonials, and product demos. • Create and manage end-to-end production workflows, from ideation and scripting through filming, editing, and final delivery. • Serve as the creative point of view for agent storytelling, ensuring narratives reflect customer needs and align with Zillow’s brand standards. • Produce emotionally resonant stories rooted in real agent experiences and insights. • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging is accurate, consistent, and compelling. • Develop clear creative briefs that articulate goals, audience insights, and technical requirements. • Manage remote and in-person productions across multiple locations, coordinating with internal teams and external partners. • Design scalable content approaches that maximize reuse across channels and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in web video production, digital media, film, television, or a related field. • Strong creative and technical production skills, including scripting, storyboarding, filming, lighting, sound, and video editing. • Proven track record producing emotionally engaging narratives for specific audiences. • High proficiency with modern video production tools, editing software, and content workflows. • Experience supporting product and marketing initiatives in a technology or B2B SaaS environment. • Ability to operate independently, move quickly, and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision. • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with experience in distributed, international teams.
