Description

• Developing a brand new product with a team of 4 senior developers • Working with small team in Easter Time Zone, constant communication with product manager and designer • Understanding customer's needs to create new solutions • Making important decisions in project, being creative, and creating value for the customer through development

Requirements

• 5 years of professional experience as a software developer • 4+ years of recent experience with Ruby on Rails (Rails 7, Hotwire including Turbo for some front-end interactions) • At least 2 years of experience with either Golang or Rust • 4+ years experience with relational DBs / data architecture (Postgres) • 1+ year of React + TypeScript is preferred • Excellent English communication skills • Able to work in a fast-paced and autonomous environment • Being product-oriented • Currently living in Latin America
