• The Performance Lead is responsible for growing and improving our accounts across the world.
• The Performance Lead will be reporting to our VP of Customer Success and leading a team of Performance Managers.
• The Performance team will serve as the main liaison through all communications with the client.
• The team will collaborate with other teams such as Creative Strategy and Creative Operations internally to plan and execute creatives.
• What you'll be doing:
• Understand the historicals, objectives, and complexities to devise a strategy and action plan for our ongoing accounts.
• Lead all accounts through creative and commercial business development, working closely with our Head of Growth.
• Lead internal business development strategy to be deployed, in some cases, across the country.
• Manage and scale the account pipeline, from upfront strategy to day-to-day pipeline responsibility.
• Work directly with internal sales on critical strategic, organizational, and operational projects designed to increase revenue, sales productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Structure and execute projects by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, building relevant working groups, and developing final recommendations.
• Oversee creative execution of the projects when projects are in demand.
• Collaborating across the internal teams (including Creative Strategy, Creative Operations, Creative Quality) to plan and execute creative projects.
