Version 1

As a User researcher, you will plan, design and carry out research activities with users that help teams get a deep understanding of the end users. This research informs policy, proposition, service, content and interaction design so that services work well for users and achieves policy intent. This is a UK government project and you will need to undergo (or have) Security Clearance. This career opportunity can be worked on a part time basis i.e. three or four days per week or full time hours Monday to Friday.
