Beschreibung

• Drive new business through Centers of Influence including private equity sponsors, attorneys, and investment bankers. • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of ABL opportunities from initial contact through closing. • Analyze financial statements, collateral, and risk to structure sound and competitive credit solutions. • Partner with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions across treasury, capital markets, and wealth services. • Present loan opportunities and recommend pricing, structure, and return strategies. • Manage due diligence and coordinate internal/external stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle. • Maintain accurate pipeline and relationship data in CRM systems such as Salesforce. • Represent the bank in community and industry events to build brand presence and referral networks.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 8+ years of Asset Based Lending or B2B sales/business development experience • Proven track record in sales performance and client relationship management • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • 10+ years of Asset Based Lending or B2B sales/business development experience (preferred) • Experience with non-borrowing products such as treasury management or capital markets solutions (preferred)
