Beschreibung

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for PSS software within target markets to drive revenue growth. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. • Create and execute strategic sales plans that align with Honeywell’s overall business goals and market trends. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure successful product positioning and customer satisfaction. • Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to adapt strategies and maintain competitive advantage.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven experience in business development within the software industry, preferably with software solutions similar to PSS. • Strong knowledge of market analysis, sales strategies, and client relationship management to drive business growth. • Expertise in developing and executing strategic sales plans that align with corporate objectives and market demands. • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms to track performance and optimize sales efforts. • Ability to travel a minimum of 50% throughout the **West Coast** • Ability to lead and drive a solution sale presenting to C-Suite teams • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Experience in managing complex sales cycles and negotiating contracts in the software sector. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data to inform business decisions. • Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and technology trends is a plus.
