Beschreibung

• Own team quota attainment, pipeline coverage and development, and forecast accuracy. • Lead weekly pipeline, deal strategy, and forecast reviews; enforce qualification, stage integrity, and close discipline. • Lead by example in the enhanced Client Command selling process. • Maintain and grow an individual pipeline and book of business by actively prospecting, developing client relationships, and closing new revenue opportunities while leading and supporting the broader revenue team. • Drive urgency, accountability, and KPI-based performance management across the sales team. • Coach and develop Account Executives through regular 1:1s, reducing ramp time and improving attainment consistency. • Oversee execution across new Direct, Affiliate, and other sales channels, ensuring proper engagement, deal quality, margin, and co-selling practices. • Build and maintain scalable sales playbooks, onboarding, and training programs. • Partner with sales leadership on territory design, hiring, and scaling the sales organization. • Establish and reinforce a culture of ownership, transparency, and high performance; celebrate wins and address underperformance quickly.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5–8+ years in B2B sales with 3 + years in sales leadership • Proven experience coaching AEs to quota while leveraging a repeatable professional sells process • Strong deal strategy and negotiation skills • Experience managing multi-channel sales motions • Data-driven, direct, and highly accountable • Comfortable leading and training in evolving product environments • Ability to travel up to 75% of a month • Experience in the automotive or automotive vendor sector
